Apaplan privacy policy

Sign-in and account
When you sign in with Google, the service receives identity confirmation, your email and a unique Google identifier. Google may also provide your name and profile image; Apaplan does not store those fields in the account database. Your Google password is never sent to the service. Apaplan does not request access to Google mail, contacts or Drive files.
When you sign in with email and password, the service stores your email and a protected password hash, not the original password. Sign-in data is used to access your account and projects.
Projects and technical data
Plans, project names, folders, favorites and account settings are stored in Cloudflare D1 so they work across devices. An underlay added to a project may be part of the saved document. Personal uploaded 3D models and textures currently remain in the browser on the device where they were added.
Necessary cookies support sessions; browser storage is used for local settings and backups. The sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days, and signing out ends the current session. IP addresses are processed to protect sign-in, temporary catalog links and request limits. Cloudflare processes network requests while serving the site.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in; Cloudflare provides the site, database and catalog. Google data is used only for authorization, not sold and not used by Apaplan for advertising. See the Google Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Deletion and contact
You can delete projects in the app. To request deletion of your account and related server data, email manichevassvetlana@gmail.com from the account address; ownership confirmation may be required. Accounts and saved projects are kept until deletion. Delete local copies through your browser settings.
You can revoke Apaplan’s access to your Google account in Google connection settings. Revoking access does not delete saved Apaplan projects.
